Saturdays from 6:15-7:30pm...Emily Denton teaches Yin Yoga at Rebel Saints Meditation Society. Yin yoga is a quiet practice of deep stretches and holds all done on the floor to release deep connective tissue. The talented Emily Denton is the creator of local Seattle DIY yoga zine and community "Poseurs". She also leads Practice School of Magic's Yoga Teacher Training. Yin Yoga is appropriate and beneficial for all levels of yoga practitioner. Beginners welcome.
